Elektroprivreda (EPCG) has formalized a partnership with the European independent renewable energy firm Qair by signing a Memorandum of Understanding in Paris. This agreement is set to accelerate the development of renewable energy projects in Montenegro.
According to EPCG, the collaboration with Qair, which has been active in Montenegro since 2021, will focus on advancing projects in solar and wind energy. The partnership will also explore additional renewable energy opportunities.
Qair Group’s CEO, Louis Blanchard, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, emphasizing its strategic importance for Qair in Montenegro.

Qair’s extensive experience in preparing, building, and implementing renewable energy projects—spanning wind, solar, and energy storage—positions us as a key player in the market. This partnership promises significant opportunities for Qair and supports Montenegro’s energy transition,” said Blanchard.
Qair is an independent company specializing in various aspects of renewable energy, including financing, construction, and operation of solar and wind power facilities, energy storage, and green hydrogen production.
