Tivat sees increased tourist numbers with significant growth in private accommodation

Tivat is currently hosting 5,650 tourists, a 7% increase compared to last year, according to the city’s Tourist Organization.

Among the visitors, 36 are domestic tourists, with the majority—31—staying in hotels. Additionally, 5,620 foreign tourists are vacationing on the Tivat Riviera, with 4,750 in private accommodation and 864 in hotels.

Despite a 13% drop in hotel visits compared to the previous year, private accommodation has seen a 13% increase, totaling 4,760 guests. Resorts currently host 61 guests, while campsites have no visitors.

The most numerous tourists on the Tivat Riviera are from Serbia, followed by guests from the United Kingdom, Turkey, and Ukraine. There are fewer visitors from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Israel, the United States, and Poland.
