Currently, 9.45 thousand tourists are staying in Tivat, a two percent increase from last year and three percent more than in 2019, according to data from the local Tourist Organization (TO).
There are 135 domestic tourists on the Tivat Riviera, while 9.32 thousand are foreign visitors. Most have chosen private accommodation, with 8.2 thousand guests, nearly all of whom are foreigners (8.19 thousand).
The number of tourists staying in hotels is 1.13 thousand, a four percent increase from last year, reports Radio Tivat.
Other types of accommodation host 118 tourists, all foreigners, with 14 staying in campsites and 104 in resorts.
Tivat is visited mostly by tourists from Serbia, followed by guests from Russia, the United Kingdom, and Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). There are also smaller numbers of tourists from Ukraine, Germany, the United States (US), Hungary, and Croatia, according to TO data.
