The development of all capacities at the Port of Bar, the reconstruction of the Belgrade-Bar railway, and the continued construction of the highway will open new opportunities, positioning Bar not just as a regional, but also as a global transportation and economic hub. This was announced by the President of the Assembly of Montenegro, who emphasized that Bar will continue its growth as a modern municipality, successfully balancing tradition with progress for the benefit of its citizens and the entire country.
In a message sent on the occasion of the Municipality of Bar’s Day, the President highlighted the port city’s vital role in Montenegro’s infrastructure. He expressed confidence that Bar’s importance, both within Montenegro and in the wider region, will make it an essential center with vast untapped potential.
The message was addressed to the President of the Municipality, the President of the Municipal Assembly, and to all citizens of Bar.
