“After a brief pause, now is the right moment to further strengthen the relations between our two countries. “We need fresh ideas, new investments, and projects that will further strengthen and expand economic cooperation between our two countries,” Milatović added.

Aliyev expressed that he considers Montenegro a friendly nation and highlighted his interest in new investments and boosting cooperation across various sectors. He stressed the need for focused attention on this in the coming period.

As part of the discussions, the two leaders agreed to continue their talks during Milatović’s next visit to Baku to formalize joint initiatives.

Special attention was given to exploring the best ways to enhance energy cooperation and tourism collaboration.

Both presidents concluded that the strong ties between Montenegro and Azerbaijan provide an excellent foundation for further cooperation, and that today’s meeting marks a potential turning point in the partnership, which is of particular significance for both nations.
