The bankruptcy trustee of Montenegro Airlines (MA) has issued a new call for the sale of part of the company’s movable assets.
According to the announcement, which Mina-business agency had access to, the sale includes inventory and catering equipment, with an initial price of 4,860 EUR.
Also up for sale is a Fokker F100 aircraft, specifically aircraft number 40-AOT, with an opening bid of 34,220 EUR. The aircraft is located at Golubovci Airport.
Office furniture and inventory are being sold starting at 426.97 EUR.
As part of the sale of equipment and material-technical items, tools are available for purchase starting at 111,660 EUR, as well as parts for Fokker and Embraer aircraft, with initial prices set at 1.55 million EUR and 1.15 million EUR, respectively. Containers and generators are being sold starting at 40,700 EUR.
A Solis 90-4WD tractor is also up for sale, with a starting price of 22,500 EUR.
All starting prices are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT).
The deadline for submitting offers is December 16th by 2:00 PM, and the offers will be opened on December 20th at 12:00 PM at the Commercial Court.
The bankruptcy proceedings for Montenegro Airlines were initiated on April 28, 2021, at the request of the Revenue and Customs Administration, after 24 years of operation.
