Montenegro and Israel have many areas in which they can collaborate, especially in the economic sector, stated the President of the Montenegrin Parliament, Andrija Mandić.
During a meeting in Jerusalem with the President of the Israeli Parliament, Amir Ohana, Mandić emphasized that Montenegro has both the responsibility and the desire for cooperation.
“Joint efforts are essential, not only at the political level but also across all other sectors,” Mandić stated.
According to a statement from the Montenegrin Parliament, Ohana expressed his satisfaction with the meeting and accepted Mandić’s invitation to visit Montenegro, promising to do so with pleasure.
He thanked Mandić for strengthening Montenegro’s bilateral relations with numerous countries, including Israel, through diplomatic activities.
Mandić presented Ohana with a painting of the synagogue under construction in Podgorica, which is expected to be completed in the near future.
