Montenegro and Indonesia seek to strengthen economic cooperation

Montenegro and Indonesia have significant potential to enhance economic cooperation, stated Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović.

During a farewell meeting with Indonesian Ambassador Mohamed Chandra Yudha, Milatović highlighted that Indonesia, as the largest economy in Southeast Asia, is known for its openness to international trade and is one of the most dynamically growing economies in the world.

“Montenegro and Indonesia maintain traditionally friendly relations, and intensifying political dialogue should be a priority to further strengthen the overall cooperation between our countries,” Milatović said on social media platform X.

He added that he is confident that through joint efforts, new opportunities for economic development and further connectivity between the two nations can be unlocked.
