In Budva’s Old Town, restaurants are also seeing increased visitors. Hospitality worker Igor Kažanegra reported a 40% growth in the pre-season compared to last year, with many guests from Western Europe, including Spain, Italy, France, and Germany, praising the quality of service and food.

Mirko Striković, owner of the Golden Bay beach bar in Herceg Novi, noted that their season started earlier than usual. Most guests are from the Balkans—Serbia, Republika Srpska, and Bosnia—with a growing number of international visitors. About 90% of their guests return annually due to satisfaction with the service.
