The Ministry of Finance has invited interested parties to submit proposals and suggestions on the Draft Law on Issuance and Supervision of Covered Bonds by February 24.
The Ministry has called on citizens, experts and all other interested individuals to participate in the public consultation and contribute to the review of the Draft Law on the issuance and supervision of covered bonds, which was prepared by the Securities Market Commission.
The public consultation will last for 20 days.
The draft law on the issuance and supervision of covered bonds will be available to the public on the Ministry of Finance’s website and the e-government portal.
Interested parties can submit their comments, proposals, and suggestions on the Draft Law in writing or by email to anastasija.perucica@mif.gov.me, using the form for submitting proposals, suggestions and comments.
The Ministry of Finance, in cooperation with the Securities Market Commission, will review all submitted comments, objections, and suggestions, and will then prepare a report on the conducted public consultation.
