Green Land Reževići, a company based in Budva, plans to construct a residential building with three underground levels and four above-ground floors (3Su+P+3) in Bečići, comprising a total of 16 apartments.

The planned site is located in an urban area of the town, positioned between existing buildings. Access to the location will be provided from a public road on the northern side.

The parcel is currently undeveloped, and the proposed building will include seven levels in total—three underground and four above ground.

The three basement levels will be used for vehicle parking, storage rooms, and technical facilities. The ground floor will feature four apartments, most of which will have direct access to landscaped green areas or terraces. The first, second, and third floors will each contain four apartments—one-bedroom and two-bedroom units of various sizes. In total, 33 parking spaces are planned.

The gross floor area of the building, including the basement levels, will be 2,830.67 square meters.

Vertical circulation will be ensured by a staircase and an elevator, with all floors interconnected.

The architectural design was prepared by the Budva-based firm Sita, while the investor, Green Land Reževići, has received approval for the project from Montenegro’s Chief State Architect.
