The Gambling Administration reported that in the first nine months of 2025, it generated total revenues of €31,177,932.42, representing an increase of 28.63% compared to the same period last year.
According to the Administration, revenues in September alone amounted to €5,211,536.11, marking a growth of 55.72% compared to September 2024.
- By game type, the highest revenue was recorded in online and other telecommunications-based gambling, totaling €11,396,896.16, an increase of 32.02% compared to the same period last year. Casino games also saw significant growth of 55.27%, with total revenue reaching €6,006,078.95. Additionally, total revenue from sports betting reached €7,697,168.51, up by 8.13%.
- Revenues from gambling in slot machine clubs also increased, reaching €6,034,684.30, a rise of 31.87% compared to the same period.
The Administration emphasized that these results confirm that collaboration and continuous support from the Ministry of Finance and the Government of Montenegro provide a solid foundation for a successful joint policy in the gambling sector. This framework enables effective control and supervision of operators and contributes to sustainable growth in budget revenues. The Administration stated it will continue to strengthen the regulatory framework and institutional cooperation, with a focus on protecting the public interest and promoting responsible gambling.
