Construction of the luxurious Otrant Reefs tourist complex on Velika Beach will begin after the main tourist season, and the investor has received approval for the project.
The complex includes the renovation of the existing hotel, the construction of a new one of the highest category, as well as numerous other facilities and a promenade along Port Milena. This was announced by Prime Minister Dritan Abazović on his social networks.

It will generate many business places for our citizens and will represent, for now, a unique concept on the first kilometer of Velika plaža – he added.
On the website of the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism, it can be seen that the investor Argos from Ulcinj received the approval of the chief state architect for the conceptual design of the Otrant Reef Resort tourist resort. The architectural studio Next Level from Ulcinj was in charge of creating the solution.
Let us recall that the Prime Minister previously announced that Ulcinj could get three 5-star hotels in the next few years. The Sunny Palace company from Kotor will build the Galeb hotel, and recently a contract was signed for the construction of a hotel on the site of the former Jadran. By all accounts, the construction of the Otrant Hotel is now one step closer to completion.
