Five out of ten companies that participated in the tender for the design and construction of the second section of the Bar–Boljare motorway, from Mateševo to Andrijevica, have been invited to submit final offers, Monteput announced.
The shortlisted bidders are Cengiz–Azvirt, China Communications Construction Company, Powerchina–Stecol, Shandong Foreign Economic & Technical Cooperation–Shandong Luqiao Group, and Ballast Nedam–Rec-Onur.
Following an evaluation of the initial bids, Monteput launched the final phase of the tender in line with European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) procedures. In this stage, companies must submit both technical and financial documentation.
The opening of the technical bids is scheduled for October 2, after which the evaluation process will begin.
