Evet Invest from Budva plans to build a ten-story residential building in Bar featuring 33 apartments of various layouts.
The building will also include 33 parking spaces, organized in a garage located in the basement and ground floor levels.

According to the conceptual design prepared by Studio Crta and approved by the chief state architect late last year, the building will be situated within the Ilino urban development plan area.
Access to the site will be from the southwest side of the parcel.
