The project includes design for the solar power plant itself and the connection to the distribution network. The main documentation must cover the photovoltaic plant, transformer stations, geodetic surveys, connection to the 10 kV network, and fire protection measures. The structural design for mounting the photovoltaic modules is the responsibility of the client.

The total value of the Slano solar power plant is estimated at €60 million. Elektroprivreda Crne Gore plans to complete at least five major projects, including the Slano and Krupac solar plants, within the next two years, aiming to have them operational by the end of 2027.
