Shareholders of Crnogorski Telekom are expected to consider a proposal regarding the distribution of profits for the previous year at the regular Assembly on June 5. The proposal suggests a dividend payment of 5.48 million EUR, or 12 cents per share gross.
According to the company’s website, Crnogorski Telekom achieved a profit of 5.82 million EUR last year.
“In addition to the financial reports, the business report, and the election of an independent auditor, the Board of Directors will submit to the shareholders’ Assembly the proposal for the distribution of profits for the previous year, suggesting a dividend payment of 5.48 million EUR, or 12 cents gross per share, while 342,000 EUR will be allocated to retained earnings,” the notice states.
The Assembly will also, following the dismissal of the Board of Directors, proceed with the election of a new board. The assembly will vote on the company’s compensation policy, capital reduction, and approval for the purchase of its own shares.
A proposal to amend the Statute will also be submitted for approval at the Assembly.
