Crnogorski Telekom strengthened its market position in 2025, recording sustained growth across its financial results, network expansion and customer satisfaction, thereby reinforcing its role as the leading telecommunications operator in Montenegro. The company extended its positive performance trend for the fifth consecutive year, marking its 19th consecutive quarter of profitable operations with higher revenues and operating earnings, underpinned by strategic investments in digital and network infrastructure.

Financial results for the period showed a 3.4 percent increase in revenues compared with 2024, while earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) rose by 5 percent, reflecting both operational efficiency and the company’s capacity to generate sustainable value. Net profit also grew meaningfully, climbing from €5.8 million in 2024 to €7.7 million in 2025, signaling a solid financial foundation that supports ongoing development activities.

Subscriber growth was evident across key segments, with the number of optical network users increasing by 10 percent year-on-year and broadband and mobile internet customer bases expanding alongside the enhanced network footprint. The company expanded its fixed-network reach to an additional roughly 9,000 households, bringing total fibre availability to approximately 152,000 households, while the mobile business maintained strong uptake, including in 5G services.

Crnogorski Telekom also recorded high levels of customer satisfaction, achieving a leading TRI*M index in the retail segment in the fourth quarter and maintaining its top position across both consumer and business lines of service. This customer confidence was further reflected in a 4.9 average rating on Trustpilot, illustrating robust brand trust among users of its digital and connectivity products.

Investment activity remained a key driver of growth, with the operator allocating approximately €18 million in 2025 to modernise network infrastructure, enhance digital services and improve user experience. These investments supported expansion of the company’s 5G network—one of the most extensive in the country—alongside next-generation optical technologies capable of delivering up to 2 Gbps download speeds, in line with leading European markets.

Under the leadership of CEO Stjepan Udovičić, Crnogorski Telekom emphasised its strategic focus on innovation, operational excellence, cybersecurity and sustainable business practices as foundational elements of its growth trajectory and competitive positioning within Montenegro’s telecommunications sector.
