Crnogorski Telekom and Jugopetrol announce dividend payments and share buyback plans

Crnogorski Telekom will distribute €5.48 million gross dividend to shareholders from last year’s profit of €5.8 million, which equals about €0.10 net per share. The remaining €342,000 will be retained as undistributed profit. Total retained earnings from previous years will amount to €15.7 million.

The Telekom shareholders’ assembly also approved a €3 million share buyback program over the next ten months targeting small shareholders.

Hrvatski Telekom owns 78% of Crnogorski Telekom shares, while about 22% belong to small shareholders.

Jugopetrol’s shareholders decided to allocate last year’s net profit of €7.1 million to retained earnings, and distribute €6 million gross dividends this year, which equals around €1.10 net per share. After this payment, Jugopetrol’s total retained earnings will be approximately €25 million.

Helenik owns about 55% of Jugopetrol, with the remaining 45% held by small shareholders.
