Most residents of Buljarica hope that potential investments by Arab investor Mohamed Alabbar could help them better capitalize on their property, according to the local community council.

While residents are not opposed to investments, they emphasize that certain conditions must be respected, including addressing unresolved sewage issues.

Marko Andrić, council member, noted that previous street works were completed with quality, though delays in the main street affected the preparation for the tourist season.

He highlighted that Buljarica has seen almost no investments in the past 40 years, making any new projects welcome, and stressed the need for better cooperation to improve the next tourist season.
