A new Bravera City Park retail complex will open on July 3 in the Bijelo Polje industrial zone.

The project is a significant investment in the retail sector and local economy of Bijelo Polje and Montenegro’s northern region. The retail park will feature nearly 12,000 m² of commercial space with over 30 retail, hospitality, and service outlets from well-known domestic and international brands, along with a modern parking facility for visitors.

Most stores are expected to open by July 3, employing over 230 people, although some tenants may open a few days later due to technical delays.

The first phase involved an investment of over €7 million, with additional funds from tenants and partners.

The entire project is developed by Bravera, a company based in Bijelo Polje, wholly owned by brothers Vladimir and Petar Veličković; all other businesses are tenants.
