Bankruptcy administration announces sale of Luštica land for €48.38 million

The bankruptcy administration has announced the sale of assets belonging to Signature Investments Montenegro, a company based in Herceg Novi. The property in question is a 111,388 m² plot of construction land located in Luštica, KO Mrkovi, with an initial price of €48.38 million.

According to the announcement, the purchase price and sale conditions were established based on a decision made by the Creditors’ Committee on the proposed method of land sale, dated February 24 of this year.

The land is undeveloped, and there are plans for the construction of a high-end tourist resort.

The tender notice indicates that the property is subject to multiple encumbrances, including mortgage liabilities and recorded tax claims.

Bids must be submitted by April 28 at 13:00, with the opening of the bids scheduled for April 29 at 11:00.

It is worth noting that the tender for this land was first issued in October, with an initial price of €11.9 million.
