An Embraer aircraft recently added to the fleet of Montenegro’s national airline, Air Montenegro, has received its airworthiness certificate from the Civil Aviation Agency (ACV).

According to ACV, the aircraft has been officially registered in Montenegro’s civil aircraft registry and meets the necessary conditions for commercial operation. Alongside this process, Air Montenegro was issued an updated Air Operator Certificate, allowing the aircraft to be used for regular flights.

The approval followed a thorough inspection of the aircraft, including a full review of documentation and correction of identified non-compliances by the airline. ACV emphasized that safety was the top priority, and the aircraft is now deemed fully compliant with national laws, European regulations, and international standards.
