After a successful summer season, the national air carrier Air Montenegro welcomes the winter season by opening a new route and increasing the number of destinations by more than double compared to the number of destinations during the winter season of 2022.
As announced by the company, this winter, Air Montenegro will fly to five destinations, from Podgorica to Belgrade, Zurich, Istanbul, Ljubljana and Rome, as well as from Tivat to Belgrade and Istanbul.
– For the first time, the company will fly to Rome during the winter season of 2024. More precisely, Air Montenegro will start regular flights to Rome on December 15th, and the traffic will take place twice a week – every Monday and Friday – the announcement states.
From Podgorica to Ljubljana, the national air carrier will operate, according to the established schedule, three times a week – every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, while traffic to Zurich will take place twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays.
– Every Thursday and Sunday, the company also flies from Podgorica to Istanbul, while it is possible to fly from Tivat to Istanbul with Air Montenegro every day. Even during this winter season, daily traffic from Podgorica and Tivat to Belgrade will continue in several times – the company added.
All flights are operated by Air Montenegro, except for taxis and hand luggage up to 8 kg, checked luggage up to 23 kg is included in the price.
