Air Montenegro sees 29% increase in passengers and revenue in January

Air Montenegro transported 24,250 passengers in January, marking a 29% increase compared to the same period last year.

The national airline announced that 334 flights were operated, which is 70 more flights, or a 26.5% increase, compared to January of the previous year.

“With better cabin occupancy and higher fares, revenue grew by 470,000 EUR, or 33%, compared to January of last year,” the statement said.

This result reflects the dedicated efforts to increase the number of passengers, which contributed to additional growth during a period of reduced air traffic. The achieved results indicate a stable and positive growth trend for Montenegro’s national airline, which today celebrates its fourth anniversary since its founding.
