The Ministry of Finance has allocated nearly €2 billion for infrastructure and development projects over the next three years, according to the Fiscal Strategy. Of this total, €1 billion will come from budget revenues, while the remainder will be sourced from European grants and loans arranged with European banks.

Key investments will focus on transportation infrastructure, with the largest project being the motorway segment from Mateševo to Andrijevica, estimated to cost around €605 million.

This backing is crucial for completing administrative procedures within this fiscal year, aiming for the project’s start in early 2025.
