Montenegro Stock Exchange sees 24% decline in July trading volume

In July, the total trading volume on the Montenegro Stock Exchange reached €1.25 million, marking a 24.05% decrease compared to June.

“Compared to July of the previous year, trading volume has fallen by 36.72%. The average daily trading volume for last month was €56,640,” according to the Montenegro Stock Exchange Bulletin.

Trading occurred on 22 days in July, with a total of 132 transactions completed.

The prime market recorded a trading volume of €249,310 with 33 transactions.

On the standard market, there were 15 transactions totaling €7,630.

The free market saw 68 transactions with a trading volume of €442,140.

On the MTP ME market, trading volume was €546,940 from 16 transactions.

The MNSE10 index ended July at 994.53 points, showing a slight decrease compared to the same period last year.

Conversely, the MONEX index rose to 15,104.74 points, reflecting a 2.42% increase from the previous period.
